We’re happy you decided to start making your own tools and analyses locally. Our series of DIY tools allows you to collect, analyse and filter water samples. Thanks to these tools you’ll be able better understand the water quality and take action in your neighbourhood based on monitoring results.
These tools enable anyone to monitor the basic characteristics of water. They are made from basic materials, affordable and easy to make. We created a series of video tutorials that will help you make your own tools.
After you take home the tools home, you can make new analyses at home, in your neighbourhood or town. Help to make an impact in your community and share the water information. Tell us how it was.

As part of the process of developing this project, we hold a free open space on Fridays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. when we have spare time. It is a space where everyone can contribute, hack water, make tools and collaborate. The Open Lab is located in Bamhaus and includes a Maker Space where you can experiment with fellow people and collect water from the nearby river. Contact (link to contact) us if you want to participate or just have a look.
